Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 06/01/2026
Our commitment
Delv Global is committed to making delvglobal.co accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
We treat accessibility as part of building a trustworthy hiring website, not as a one-time checklist. As the website, portals, forms, and content evolve, we aim to keep improving usability, readability, keyboard access, color contrast, semantic structure, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Accessibility standards
Our goal is to align the public website with commonly used accessibility practices and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where reasonably achievable for our current website and resources.
This statement covers the public Delv Global website. Client portals, candidate portals, third-party scheduling tools, forms, video tools, identity verification providers, payment providers, and other integrated services may have their own accessibility practices and limitations.
What we are working to support
We work to support accessibility practices such as:
- Readable typography, spacing, and responsive layouts across screen sizes.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
- Clear headings, landmarks, labels, and semantic page structure.
- Alternative text or decorative handling for images where appropriate.
- Color contrast that supports readability.
- Visible focus states for interactive elements.
- Plain-language legal, privacy, and service information where possible.
Known limits
Some parts of the website or connected workflows may not yet meet every accessibility target. This may include newer interactive components, embedded third-party tools, maps, video content, forms, or older portal workflows that are still being improved.
We do not control every third-party platform linked from or embedded in the website, but we want to know when a third-party tool creates a barrier so we can provide reasonable support or an alternative path where possible.
Alternative access
If you cannot access information, submit a form, review a page, request a consultation, apply as talent, or use a website feature because of an accessibility barrier, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or support in an alternative format or through an alternative communication method where reasonably possible.
How to report an accessibility issue
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email us at info@delvglobal.co with the subject line “Accessibility Request.”
Helpful details include:
- The page URL or feature where the issue occurred.
- What you were trying to do.
- The device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, if applicable.
- Your preferred way for us to respond.
Response process
We review accessibility requests and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Some fixes may be immediate, while others may require design, engineering, vendor, or content changes.
If we cannot resolve an issue right away, we may provide an alternative way to access the information or complete the requested action.
