Delv Global was built from both sides of the same problem.

As Latin American entrepreneurs building businesses in the United States, we saw firsthand how many small and growing companies struggle to find talented, reliable support they can actually afford. The people they needed existed. The path to finding them did not.

At the same time, we lived the other side of that equation. Back home in Latin America, we watched brilliant, educated, driven professionals leave their countries not because they wanted to, but because the opportunities and wages they deserved simply did not exist locally.

We created Delv Global to be the bridge. A way for growing companies to access pre-vetted, bilingual LATAM professionals with strong U.S. workday overlap, at a price that makes building a real team possible. And a way for talented professionals across Latin America to build careers, earn fairly, and stay home.

We are not a staffing agency with hidden markups, a freelance marketplace, or a generic global staffing platform. We are a talent partner built by people who have lived both sides of this gap and decided to close it.
